Kohakutou slices are made with various fruit flavors, and mochi are milk caramel flavor. Candy pieces are placed on 9" inch bamboo kebob skewers.

Kohakutou INGREDIENTS: pure cane sugar, premium agar agar, natural fruit purees and juices, citric acid, purified water, plant based coloring.

Mochi INGREDIENTS: milk, short grain rice, potato starch, caramelized sugar, cocoa powder, purified water.

Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made of short-grain rice, water, sugar, potato starch, cocoa powder, caramelized sugar with milk filling. They are incredibly soft and chewy.

Kohakutou is a Japanese candy made of Agar Agar seaweed/sea-moss, sugar and juices. While drying, this candy develops a crunchy layer on the outside but still remains jelly-like on the inside.

Agar Agar is a vegan plant based gelatin unlike traditional gelatin which is derived from animal bones.
