When will my order ship?
Our current handling and preparation time is 7–10 business days due to high order volume. This gives us time to prepare, quality-check and carefully pack your order before it is handed to the carrier. Shipping transit time begins after your order leaves our facility.
Why does it take so long?
Crystal candy is a slow, artisanal product. Each batch can take up to 14 days to fully dry and develop its signature crisp shell. We make every flavor in small batches, and each flavor goes through its own preparation, drying and finishing process. We carefully inspect and pack every order before it ships. We truly appreciate your patience while we make it the right way.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Add gift details or a note in the order instructions if available.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is packed and a shipping label is created, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan the package and begin showing movement.
