Handcrafted Crystal Candy | 7 Flavor Small Box of Crystal Gemstone Shapes.
Box includes 2 sticks of Rock hard crystal candy + 5 packets of Kohakutou crystal candy. Each flavor is individually wrapped and labeled.
Rock crystal candy is formed by allowing sugar and water solution to crystallize onto a wooden stick.
Kohakutou is a Japanese candy made from Agar Agar seaweed/sea-moss, sugar, syrups and purees. While drying, this candy develops a crunchy layer on the outside but still remains jelly-like on the inside.
Agar Agar is a vegan plant based gelatin unlike traditional gelatin which is derived from animal bones.

If your crystals are not crunchy enough for your preference, take them out of the packaging and leave them out in a dry place for 2-3 days. The longer they stay uncovered at room temperature, the crunchier they become.
