Processing and Shipping
Our products are handmade and require preparation time. Current estimated processing time is 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided. Domestic U.S. delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, but carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered a breach of these Terms.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
We are not responsible for an order delivered to the address entered by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be resent because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because our products are consumable food items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another qualifying issue, contact us within the timeframe stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy. We will review the situation and work to make it right when appropriate.
